Shipping Charges & Policy

 

Shipping is free of charge within the contiguous United States. Items can be shipped anywhere at a fair market charge. Please note that all import duties or customs clearance fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. If shipping outside the US email me via my Contact page before you place your order so we can arrange payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation in 24 hours, please contact me so I can verify that your email address was entered correctly. Please make sure your email address and shipping address are correct as I am unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

 

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please make sure you review the product sizes and details before you purchase. Once you make a purchase, you will not be able to return items unless special circumstances are presented and approved by Natasha Di Fiore personally. Contact me here and include your purchase date. Once items are received and evaluated, a refund will be considered. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business weeks.

 

Limited Quantities

 

Because items are made in small batches it is possible quantities will be out of stock. If your order went through be assured it’s on its way to you. If a situation arises whereby the stock is too low to satisfy an order I will reach out to you personally to ask what you would prefer, to wait for that item to be restocked or if you’d prefer a refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order at any time before a shipping label is created. After a shipping label has been created, I can no longer cancel or change an order. At that point, all orders are considered final sales.

Internet orders may be paid via PayPal, Venmo or through this website’s credit card service. No exceptions.
